Job Description:   
1、Assisting in recruitment related tasks, including: interview and arrangement, interview process optimizes, following up the result of interviews, campus recruitment within business etc.
协助招聘相关事项,如:面试及其安排,面试流程优化,追踪面试结果,校园招聘协作等
2、Assisting in training related tasks, including: the procurement of materials, site layout, sign in, cooperation with the trainers etc.
协助培训相关事项,如培训物资采购,培训场地布置,培训现场签到,配合讲师等
3、Assisting in C&B related tasks
协助薪酬福利相关事宜
4、Maintaining various HR database and carrying analysis on requirements
HR数据库管理,并进行相关数据分析
5、Responsible for all interns in China, including recruiting, interview and arrangement, salaries payment etc.
负责中国区域的所有实习生,包括招聘、面试及其安排,发放工资等
6、Rotate in different HR functions to gain HR knowledge, on the job experience and develop along the HR professional career ladder etc.
在HR内部各模块间工作,通过工作的积累及能力的开发获取专业的HR知识
7、Support daily operations of the human resources functions and duties
支持人力资源部门日常运营

Job Requirement:
1、Master Degree (2015 graduate is preferred)
硕士学历,2015年应届毕业生优先
2、Proactive, self-motivated, clear thinking, detail-driven and hard-working;
积极主动,自我激励,思维清晰,注重细节,工作勤勉
3、Excellent command of English
较强的英文听说读写能力
4、Highly proficient in the use of MS Office
熟练操作office软件
5、At least 4 working days per week, commitment for over 6 months internship is preferred.
每周至少4天以上,能连续实习6个月以上者优先;

时间要求:
实习时间 至少6个月 , 每周工作4天以上
